You may qualify for an energy rebate on the replacement of existing windows. Thomas Building Center is currently a certified installer for Clallam County PUD, and City of Port Angeles territories.

  All dwellings built prior to 1978 must be tested for the presence of lead based products by EPA Certified or State Certified personnel. Should your home test positive for lead based products, proper care must be taken to ensure no release of toxic based lead products are intoduced into the environment. Thomas Building Center's installers are certified under the new laws.
 
  Upon completion of your window package installation, Thomas Building Center will collect and dispose of job site debris properly. Applicable materials will be taken to a certified recycling center for proper disposal. Thomas Building Center is an environmentally conscious organization.
